A high-quality rubber squeeze bulb gives a burst of air through the bottom of the P200 Powder Bottle. Quicklysqueeze the bulb one or more times to create a cloud of appropriate size and density to conduct your airflow studies.

The P400 Powder Cloud Squeeze-It package contains two bellows bottles,each providing hundreds of puffs of dense white clouds for your smoke-trailvisualization tests. The bottles have different tips for delivering different sizedpuffs. The stubby tip produces larger clouds, while the needle tipproduces smaller clouds. You can trim the needle tip with a scissors or knife to produce anincrementally larger cloud—the shorter the tip, the larger the cloud. The tips are interchangeable. If you prefer one style to the other,switch it to the second bottle.

The 17-023 Borozin Powder Gun produces discrete clouds of dense white “smoke” (actually a very fine powder made up of zinc stearate) with each squeeze of the rubber bulb handle. A precision machined valve regulates the amount of powder emitted and closes the barrel entirely when not in use.

The Borozin Gun is very useful for tracing low-velocity air-flow patterns and locating leaks in small pressure vessels. The gun body is finely machined chrome plated brass, measuring 1.5" in diameter by 4" long; 5.25" long including the barrel.

The Borozin Powder Gun Kit comes complete with one gun, one jar of the refill borozine powder (aka Zinc Stearate), instructions, and a high-impact plastic carrying case measuring 9" x 6" x 3".
